Welcome to SivarJobs! These terms govern your use of El Salvador's leading job platform for call center professionals. By using our platform, you agree to play by these rules.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SivarJobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you don't agree, please don't use our platform. Simple as that!
Note: These terms apply to both job seekers (Agents) and employers. Some sections are specific to each user type.
2. Data Rights & Usage License
When you use SivarJobs, you grant us permission to use your content to make the platform work. Specifically:
We can use your content to:
- → Show your profile to employers who might hire you
- → Train and improve our AI matching algorithms
- → Analyze voice recordings to assess English proficiency
- → Store your resume and parse it with AI (OpenAI GPT-4 Vision)
- → Create anonymized analytics to improve the platform
- → Display your application materials to employers you apply to
3. Your Responsibilities
You promise to:

For Job Seekers (Agents)
As a job seeker, you understand that:
- • Employers will see your profile, resume, voice recordings, and assessments
- • Voice verification and CEFR certificates are for matching purposes only, not official certifications
- • Psychological assessments are automated questionnaires, not clinical evaluations
- • We may use your anonymized profile in marketing materials
- • We're not responsible for job offers, employment terms, or employer conduct
For Employers
As an employer, you commit to:
- • Only post legitimate job openings
- • Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- • Use candidate data only for recruitment purposes
- • Keep candidate information confidential
- • Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable (except first-time 30-day guarantee)
Payment Terms
💵 Pricing
- • Agent Verification: $1 one-time fee (non-refundable)
- • Employer Subscriptions: Monthly or annual billing
- • First-time subscribers: 30-day money-back guarantee
- • After 30 days: Subscriptions are non-refundable

Scam Prevention & Company Verification
⚠️ IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE
SivarJobs is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform. However, it is important that you understand the following:
NEVER PAY TO APPLY FOR A JOB
You should NEVER be asked to pay any fee to apply for a job on SivarJobs. Legitimate employers do not charge application fees. If any employer requests payment to process your application, review your resume, or guarantee employment, this is a scam. Report it immediately.
🔍 Our Verification Process:
- • All companies must provide valid NIT (Tax Identification Number) documentation before posting jobs
- • We verify business registration and legal status of each company in El Salvador
- • We maintain an active review system for suspicious activity
- • We have detected and removed fraudulent companies from our platform
🛡️ Your Protection:
We recently identified and removed a fraudulent company from our platform. As a result, we have implemented stricter verification requirements, including mandatory NIT documentation for all employers.
👤 Your Responsibility:
- • Never pay any fees to apply for jobs, access job listings, or for employment guarantees
- • Always research companies before applying or sharing personal information
- • Be cautious of job offers that seem too good to be true
- • Never share banking or sensitive personal information in early stages
- • Report any suspicious activity immediately to our team

SivarJobs acts as a platform connecting job seekers with employers. While we take extensive measures to verify all businesses on our platform, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE the legitimacy of every employer or job posting.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for the actions of third-party companies listed on our platform, including (but not limited to): scams, fraud, abusive labor practices, or breach of employment contracts.
Users engage with employers at their own risk and should exercise due diligence before accepting any job offer or sharing personal information.
Report Suspicious Activity
If you suspect fraudulent activity, have been asked to pay application fees, or have been a victim of a scam, contact us immediately at: support@sivarjobs.com

7. Third-Party Services
SivarJobs uses several third-party services to function:
🤖 OpenAI (AI Resume Parser, Voice Analysis)
Your resume and voice recordings are processed by OpenAI. They may use your data to train their models.
📅 Google (OAuth, Calendar, Meet)
We use Google for authentication and interview scheduling. We don't use calendar data for AI training or marketing.
📧 Email Services (Mailerlite, SendGrid)
Your email is stored in third-party services for newsletters and notifications.
IMPORTANT: We're not responsible for how third-party services use your data. By using SivarJobs, you accept their terms.
8. Analytics & Tracking
📊 We Track Everything
By using SivarJobs, you expressly consent to comprehensive tracking and analytics of your platform usage. We use multiple analytics tools to understand user behavior and improve the platform:
What We Track:
- • Every page you visit and feature you use
- • Every button you click and form you fill out
- • How long you spend on each page
- • Your complete user journey (from sign-up to application)
- • Which jobs you view, save, and apply to
- • Session recordings of your browsing activity (video replays)
- • Heatmaps showing where you click and scroll
- • Errors, crashes, and performance issues you encounter
- • Your device, browser, location, and network information
Analytics Tools We Use:
- • Google Analytics 4: Comprehensive behavior tracking, conversion funnels, custom events
- • Microsoft Clarity: Session recordings, heatmaps, user frustration detection
- • Cookies & Local Storage: Session tracking, preferences, authentication
- • Other tools: Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, PostHog, or similar (as needed)
🎯 Why We Track:
We're building the best job platform for El Salvador. To do that, we need to understand exactly how users interact with SivarJobs - what works, what doesn't, where you get stuck, and what features you love. Every data point helps us make better decisions and build better products.
⚠️ NO OPT-OUT
Analytics tracking is NOT optional. By creating an account or using SivarJobs, you consent to all tracking described above. If you do not consent, you must not use our platform. Blocking cookies may break core functionality.

9. CEFR Certificates & Assessment Disclaimer
⚠️ READ THIS CAREFULLY
Voice Verification & CEFR Certificates:
- • Are generated by our AI systems (NOT official testing authorities)
- • Have NO official recognition by educational institutions or governments
- • Are for job matching purposes ONLY
- • May contain errors or inaccurate assessments
- • Should NOT be used as the sole basis for hiring decisions
Psychological Assessments:
- • Are automated questionnaires, NOT clinical evaluations
- • Are NOT conducted by licensed psychologists
- • Do NOT constitute psychological diagnosis or therapy
- • Should NOT be used for clinical or therapeutic purposes
We make NO WARRANTIES about assessment accuracy. Use at your own risk.
10.Disclaimers & Liability
What We're NOT:
- ❌ An employment agency or recruiter
- ❌ Responsible for job offers or hiring decisions
- ❌ Liable for employer or candidate conduct
- ❌ Guaranteeing job placement success
- ❌ Providing professional advice (legal, medical, financial)
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
11. Account Termination
We can suspend or terminate your account anytime for violating these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. Upon termination, you immediately lose access to the platform. We may retain your data as required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of El Salvador. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in El Salvador.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows the latest version.
